Stuffed Salmon

Stuffed salon is a 3/4 to a pound piece of Atlantic Salmon Fillet stuffed with 3 different kind of cheese, imitation crab, shrimp, bell peppers, green onions, crackers, and seasonings.   One stuffed salmon will feed two to three people.

Cooking Directions: 

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Make a boat shape out of foil then place stuffed salmon inside. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
